Can I see the books in person?

At this stage, this is a purely online book store. You are welcome to collect parcels from my practice once you have been notified that they’re ready for collection. Please note that I am a full-time health professional and my patients come first. I do keep a display copy of each book in my practice and patients are welcome to check them out during our session. 


Can you get book xxx?

If you think the store is missing an important book, we’d LOVE to know. Please use the whatsapp button or contact form to drop us a line. We appreciate the input and want to share as many useful resources as possible. 



Free delivery on orders over R750. A flat fee of R100 is charged on orders under R750. 

Please note that the store currently only delivers within South Africa. Please get in touch to find out shipping costs outside our borders. 


How long will I wait for delivery?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped by our courier.  Main centers around Johannesburg will take 1-2 days from shipping and up to 3 days for outlying areas. These are determined by the courier. You will receive your tracking number once your order is processed to keep track as it travels to you 🙂


If you have chosen to collect:

Please wait to receive confirmation that your parcel is ready for collection when collecting from my practice. It takes take and care to get your parcel ready. Parcels can be collected from the main reception, please ask Dana or Roz for your parcel. 


Refunds and return policy

Our shipping packaging is designed to get your books to you in great condition. If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures for us so that we can raise it with our courier. We will arrange a courier to collect the damaged books and once we have received them, will replace your order speedily. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Should you wish a refund on your order, we will help arrange a courier to collect your order. Please note that the return shipping fees will be deducted as a processing charge. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that books with obvious signs of use including folds, finger marks, spills or notes cannot be refunded. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please whatsapp us or email us if you have not received your refund within a reasonable amount of time. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
